Committees

Executive Committee

The elected officers of DHHS are Chair, Chair-Elect, Secretary, and Finance Officer. The elected officers, the immediate past Chair, and two Members-at-Large make up the DHHS Executive Committee.

The officers serve two-year terms. Officers are elected at each biennial convention, with the person named Chair-Elect at the previous convention serving as Chair for the next two years.

The two Members-at-Large act as liaisons between the membership and the executive committee. Any DHHS member who has a concern, issue, or query for the executive committee may contact either Member-at-Large for information or representation.

Non elected members of the DHHS leadership are appointed as the Chairperson deems necessary to ensure a smooth execution of the sectional responsibilities.
